Project Manager, Environmental Compliance & Safety, Inc.

Primarily responsible for air, wastewater, and hazardous waste technical support and project management for compliance and permitting services. Specific duties include preparation of air permit applications, emissions inventories, wastewater permit applications, annual certifications and semi-annual reports, storm water pollution prevention plans (SWPPP), Spill Preventions Control & Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans, and field activity for various projects. Additional responsibilities include monthly client compliance, recordkeeping, and reporting duties; technical report preparation; Risk Management Program (RMP) Plans, field activity for various projects, and interface with regulatory agencies. Additional responsibilities include preparation of proposals and work plans; technical report preparation; review of scope of works, cost estimates, and site investigation reports; Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments; Hazardous Waste, TRI/Form R, and Tier II reporting; AutoCAD drawings; and regulatory research.
