Primarily responsible for air and wastewater, technical support and project management for compliance and permitting services.  Specific duties include preparation of air permit applications, emission inventories, NPDES permit applications, reporting, and interface with regulatory agencies.  Additional responsibilities include preparation of proposals and work plans, technical report preparation, and EPCRA, waste minimization and site investigation reports.

Specific duties included providing training for several different courses including DSS software, set up production surveillance projects, and continued on-site support of surveillance tools.
